The basic intent behind all the plans is for your company to benefit from our decades of experience in operating production software applications reliably and efficiently. Even our default plan still allows you access to our experienced staff, although at additional charge.  If you allow us to help you, We Won't Let You FailTM.

Service Description ENKI functions as your operations team and fully manages virtual infrastructure and production applications (setup, maintenance, security and planning.) ENKI is responsible for your application administration and virtual infrastructure. Client retains operational ownership including application maintenance, security, and planning. ENKI is responsible for virtual infrastructure and hosting platform software setup and configuration. You are solely responsible for application management. ENKI is responsible for virtual infrastructure (Compute, storage, & networking). You are solely responsible for system administration and application management
Value Proposition Client utilizes ENKI technical skills and operational efficiency to maximize ROI by enabling client to focus on core business. Clients retain operational control, but outsource application administration and problem resolution for lower total operational costs. Clients use their technical and operational skills but have access to ENKI's expertise for basic system administration as needed. Clients use their technical and operational skills to minimize total hosting charges. Access to ENKI operations and support skills are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

3: One hour minimum charge. Business hours requests only. There is a 50% surcharge for requests made outside 9am-5pm Mountain Time
4: Database Support only covers non-application-related help on approved databases, provided without direct interaction with end-user data
5: Backup services included for up to 10 VMs, additional VMs at $10/mo.
